Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an order.
To start a return, email tryauxen@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it at no cost. No return required.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong thing.
